Newly renovated farm house with large deck, hot tub, camp fireplace and entire 1.5 acre lot for you to enjoy. The space This is our family retreat, and we are happy to share this wonderful place with you while we are not there. This farm bungalow with three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and full bathroom in the main floor and one bedroom, family and recreation room with another full bathroom in the walkout basement. Four bedrooms have one king bed, two queen and two twin beds. Large sundeck with gorgeous mountain view has outdoor dining set that will perfectly sit all your guests to enjoy your meal in those days and evening during warm season. Year-round hot tub for 4-6 prs is for you to relax after busy day in the beach or ski hill. This property would be ideally suited for two-three families with kids. It will fit maximum 8 persons, all adult (30+) company will require preapproval before booking. Some pets will be allowed but will need to confirm before booking as well. Guest access You are welcome to access all parts of the property except couple of storage rooms where we keep our family staff. Other things to note We are providing complimentary Nespresso Vertuo coffee capsules. If you are fan of this coffee and would like to have more, please ensure you bring additional capsules with you as local stores may not have much to offer. Also we are providing complimentary laundry detergent that should be enough for a few loads. If you know that you need more, please bring additional detergent with you.
