The space The guesthouse is set aside to the manor house and is private and relaxing. We provide luxurious and all-natural Elegant Homesteading bath products made on-site for a nature spa experience to all guests. Features a full kitchen with marble counters, wood floors, recessed lighting, and pool access. Gardens and micro-farm on the grounds. **We are spraying down surfaces in the guesthouse with bleach and allowing it to sit for 30 minutes after each stay after we clean and air out the guesthouse. This includes doorknobs, light switches, and all high traffic surfaces. As a precaution, we are including a once ounce bottle of Elegant Homesteading hand sanitizer with every visit. Guest access You will have the guest cottage to yourself, be able to access a forested area for relaxation, and there is a small garden next to the cottage with a table and chairs. The conservatory, garages, and manor house are not accessible to guests unless you reserve the manor house for a private event. Other things to note We try to make your experience about self-care and relaxation. The Saverien Manor Guesthouse is great if you need a location that is not too far from downtown. Excellent dining and shopping options nearby. Grocery is 1.5 miles close Light Rail 3 miles away. The pool and jacuzzi are completely fenced in. We only use plant-based cleaners and laundry soap to provide a clean and relaxing environment. The guesthouse is a good size for a couple. We can accommodate three people if needed, but it is more comfortable with two. During the school months there is traffic on Saverien during pick up and drop off times. We have so many trees on the property that there is a constant flow of leaves and pine cones dropping. Please wear footwear while on the property.
