Kids 3yrs and up considered counted for the maximum number of pax. No extra guests or visitors after booking, this is for you and our safety. ***If we notice, this will be counted as excess guest and will incurred additional charges per head. No eating and drinking on the bed/s. No pets allowed. ***As much as we want to, we decided not to accept pets because some guest are allergic to animal hair. No smoking/vaping inside the unit. No grilling and cooking of foods with strong odors like samgyup and seafoods inside the unit. No parties, illegal substances, excessive and irresponsible drinking, and visitors/ unregistered guest allowed. In consideration of the neighbor's peace and privacy, do keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM. Please take good care of the furnitures and appliances as it is your own. Remember to turn off and unplug all the electronic devises when leaving. Be reminded that there's no local channel but we do have NETFLIX. As part of the one-time cleaning fee, please note that the unit is only cleaned/made-up prior to check in with a one time set up of amenities. Clean up dishes after use.
