The space Equipped with double recliner, washer & dryer, TV, microwave, four burner electric stove with oven, toaster, coffee pot, kitchen pots and pans, refrigerator, hairdryer, full size bed. Dining table with two chairs that could be used as a work area. All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, and kitchen towels provided as well. Super clean! Guest access The entire cabin is yours. Other things to note It is a safe, clean and cozy place to simply spend the night or have a long stay while in the area. There is another tiny home on this property which is listed on Airbnb as Just Enuf. Each of them are set up for their own privacy. However it is set up/ideal for small families to book and have their own privacy and still be near each other. Although we take efforts to avoid occasional invaders, here in Sullivan County, Indiana, common outside insects will enter this listing. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN when an insect of any kind is found inside or outside of the listing. This includes but is not limited to the following: ants, bees, stink bugs, boxelder bugs, Asian lady beetles, centipedes, millipedes, sowbugs, spiders, flies, spotted lanternflies, wasp, and cluster flies.
