Centrally located opposite the beach and next to the Molos promenade, in the heart of the tourist area and a short walk to Limassol zoo and only 800m to the Old Port/New Marina. The building offers guests exclusive use of the rooftop communal pool and a gym. There is security entrance with a camera system. It can accommodate up to 4 guests with the use of the sofa bed. Perfect for both holiday and business travellers. Other things to note Kindly note that electricity is included in the price (based on a limit of 10 Kwh per day). If consumption is exceeded, the difference will be charged extra at 0.34c per Kwh. The meter is read on arrival and departure. WiFi and water is included (no charge). Beach towels are provided along with a cooler bag during the summer season. The apartment is strictly non-smoking, however smokers are welcome to use the balcony. The building offers a number of parking bays to guests and residents on a first-come first-served basis, therefore we cannot always guarantee car parking space. It must be noted that although this apartment is centrally located close to the popular main seafront road, some guests might experience a level of noise at times during the day/night. The apartment is a self-catering accommodation and we only supply a few essential starter items such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid and sponge for dishes and therefore we are not a hotel. Guests are responsible to purchase everything that they will require during their stay.
