The location is fantastic! You can walk out to all the delights of Collins Street. There are passing trams and it's close to Elizabeth Street, Bourke Street Mall, Flinders Street Station, cafes, boutique shopping, Block Arcade, classic laneways, Federation Square and all this amazing city of Melbourne has to offer. The space is huge, modern and appointed with a very comfortable lounge and custom furniture made by Melbourne designers. It features high ceilings and plenty of natural light from the floor to ceiling double glazed windows which extend across the full length of the living area. A beautifully appointed kitchen accommodates a large island bench with black granite, double sink, quality appliances and overlooks the spacious open plan living and dining zone. The apartment also features central heating and cooling We have two generous sized bedrooms with built in robes and extremely comfortable queen size beds with custom made pillow-top mattresses. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. There are two spotless bathrooms featuring storage, sink and tiled shower. The second bathroom also includes a bath. There is free WIFI High-speed wireless internet plus a Smart TV with free Netflix! Washing machine, fridge, iron, ironing board & clothes hanger are also provided. The apartment is situated in the Free Tram Zone in Melbourne CBD so getting around is easy on foot or by public transport. We love sharing our city! Ask us about all the hidden bars and laneways and the best spots for coffee and food when you arrive. This is Melbourne and it never disappoints! Our standard check-in is at 2 pm and checkout is by 10 am, but we can be quite flexible with those depending on if we have guests arriving or not :).
