------- WITH HIGH-SPEED WIFI (HOME OFFICE)------- Casinha Serra Da Mantiqueira is in São Francisco Xavier in a unique location, with a breathtaking view of Serra da Mantiqueira! Super quiet location, excellent for a moment as a couple or with the family. It has a covered outdoor area with a barbecue, hammock, swimming pool with natural water, indoor fireplace, and high-speed internet to watch a movie or even work. WE DO NOT PROVIDE BATH OR POOL TOWELS. The space The house has an en-suite with a double bed, and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Showers with gas heating. Integrated living room and kitchen. In the kitchen, there is a fridge with freezer, a gas stove with an oven, wine glasses, beer glasses, and all the other basic kitchen utensils needed to prepare a meal. For the outdoor area, we offer two hammocks and 5 deck chairs. In the pool, two sun loungers and two deck chairs. On the balcony, there is a dining table, a barbecue with a counter and dedicated sink, and basic barbecue utensils. Other things to note The road leading to the house is partly unpaved. Any car can get there! We accept changes at least 7 days before the check-in date.
