The space A spacious and stylish, industrial feel one bedroom apartment with off-form concrete high ceilings and boasting with loads of natural light throughout. The apartment offers timber laminate flooring and full floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that lead out onto the large balcony. This home is fitted with LED downlights, ducted heating & cooling throughout and the apartment, rooftop pool and parking are all accessible through the secure lifts. TO SLEEP Features a comfortable queen-size bed with fresh linens with an array of pillows to choose from and two floor to ceiling mirrored built in wardrobes. TO WORK In the bedroom is a small desk with fast Wi-Fi and a plain background perfect for video conferences. TO EAT A fully functioning kitchen with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking trays, oil, salt, pepper, butter and spreads provided as well as: - Dishwasher - Pod coffee machine with milk frother (including coffee pods) - Fridge & Freezer - Stovetop - Oven - Microwave - Toaster - Kettle TO RELAX A 50-inch flat screen TV and Amazon Firestick installed to watch TV, Netflix, YouTube etc. THE PRIVATE BALCONY With gorgeous westerly views this generous balcony is perfect for enjoying breakfast, relaxing with a book or working from. Decorated with a table and chairs, a lounger, hanging swing, plants and solar powered fairy lights, which turn on in the evening, it’s an awesome place to relax during the day or night. THE BATHROOM Features a separate modern shower and toilet with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toothpaste provided to use during your stay. THE LAUNDRY A private laundry discretely located and includes a washing machine and dryer (2 in 1), a clothes rack, sink, iron and ironing board. THE ROOFTOP Featuring a stunning salt-water pool, sun most of the day, 360° views across Canberra and huge sun lounge sofas with adjustable shade covers to relax on during the day or while enjoying the beautiful sunset skies with the mountain backdrops. THE PARKING There is free parking available on the premises and paid secure parking down the road. If you will have a car during your stay please let us know so that we can make sure to send you all the relevant information for parking options. Guest access Depending on arrival time we may be able to greet you at the property and show you around and if you prefer we can also organise self check in and send you the instructions. Guess access is via the lifts to the private 1 bedroom apartment, with own balcony, the rooftop pool and underground parking. To use the lifts you will need a fob, which is part of the one set of keys that are provided during the booking. In the event any keys are lost or damaged there will be a fee of up to $120 will be charged for replacements keys/fobs. Other things to note CHECK IN TIME We try our best to be flexible to accommodate guests preferred arrival time where possible and will discuss this with you. THERE ARE STRICT RULES FOR THE APARTMENT INCLUDING: - No Smoking in the apartment including with balcony doors open or out of windows - $1,000 fee - No Pets -$1,000 fee - No Parties - $2,000 fee In the event that any of these occur heavy fees will be charged to the guest on the booking.
