Fantastic fully renovated 3BR 2BA house in Seminole, 3 miles from Indian Shores Beach, short drive to world class beaches of Madeira, North Redington and Clearwater. Private backyard with solar heated pool, outdoor kitchen and dining space, or have a movie night on 86 inch flat screen TV in the luxurious living room. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage . Other things to note Pool has a Solar heating system with digital temperature control that was recently professionally installed by Splash Solar Heating Specialists. Like any solar heating arrangement the pool water is heated by the array on the roof and works best when it is a sunny day. On average this system will raise the pool temperature between 5-15 degrees above baseline temperature . Exact pool temperatures are therefore dependent on multiple factors and can't be guaranteed. We also have very high temperatures in Florida in the summer and even with the new A/C in the home, we can not guarantee super cold temperatures inside the house on these extremely hot days especially if the doors are being opened often. There are also insects, lizards, and birds in our community.
