This lovely small rooftop studio apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a 32" Smart TV, and basic kitchen items for you to prepare your own breakfast. There is also a patio and is ideal for young people who have no problem climbing stairs. Situated in one of the best residential and commercial area of Shillong, we are only a 5 minutes walk away from from the bustling Laitumkhrah main road where you can find all kinds of shops and some of the best cafes, bistros, and restaurants in town. The space The kitchen is equipped for cooking breakfast and small meals only. It comes with an induction stove, mini-fridge, toaster, electric kettle, cups, plates, mugs, cutlery, sauce pan and a frying pan. We provide complimentary breakfast supplies, which includes bread, butter, jam, eggs, milk, tea bags, coffee bags, apple and bananas for you to prepare your own breakfast. It has a bathroom cum toilet with a wash basin and outside it a full body mirror. Other things to note 1. We are unable to provide cleaning services on Sundays. We will however be collecting the garbage if you leave it outside your door. 2. There is no central heating/ACs. Keeping warm during the winter season is by wearing warm clothes and using the portable body heater we provide. For summers, we provide pedestal fans. 3. There is no accommodation and toilet facilities for drivers. They will have to make their own arrangements outside the property. 4. We are not a hotel and do not provide room service. 5. During power cuts, we have power backup only for lights, TV and WI-FI, but not for power sockets use to connect high wattage electrical appliances like water heater and induction stove.
