Mt Selwyn is a 1hr 50min drive; Thredbo and Perisher approx 1hr 40mins, 1hr 30mins to Canberra, 2hrs to South Coast beaches. The space Original wattle and daub guest cottage (circa 1890), close to host's main residence. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen/laundry, outdoor BBQ area. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a single. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a single. Bedroom 3 is small with a king single bed. Guest access Access to the property is via a 1km unsealed road with a river crossing. River may rise following heavy rain, restricting access. Hosts will monitor and provide advance notice should the booking need to be cancelled due to restricted access. Cottage and yard are fully fenced. Guests have access to the river, riverside fire place (weather and fire restrictions permitting) and numerous walking trails. Hosts will meet guests, by arrangement, at the main road turnoff. Communication with the hosts ahead of arrival is required. Other things to note No mobile phone reception at the property, however wi-fi is available at the cottage.
