The house is located 5 minutes from the A1 motorway, and 5 minutes' walk from the SNCF train station that serves Douai and Arras. Shops, city centre and aquatic area close by. The bedrooms are upstairs, there is no private bathroom and toilet. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink. The toilets are on the ground floor. Very easy to park.
