The primary line is very fast (~600 Mbps), and the second is a BT backup — a provider with a strong reliability reputation in the UK. If one connection has an issue, you can switch to the other Wi-Fi network and stay online. Kettle provided in the room, along with tea and coffee, plus a glass and a mug/cup for your convenience. Hair dryer, Iron and ironing board available. Guest access There is a kettle and a selection of tea and coffee in the kitchen. Plates, glasses etc. are in the top coupboards on the rigt. Under the sink you find pots and pans. Cutlery etc are in the drawers. Please note that the cooking device is included in the price, except for the baking and slow/long cooking. Normal lunch, not 2-3h preparing. If you stay for over a month you can use it with no exemptions. Please use 2nd "2" shelf in the fridge. Drawer on the bottom and shelfs on the door in the fridge are shared. You have the space in the cupboard name "2" in the kitchen as well. If you use the kitchen, clean it up after yourself please. Washing machine with a stay of more than 4 days only please. Shared bathroom is on the same floor and additional toilet is on the ground floor. The easiest way to set the shower temperature for the first time: Turn the water up to max and slowly turn it down to the desired water temperature. When using these, I would ask you to keep them tidy (please wipe with a mop if the floor is wet after you have taken a shower), so others could enjoy them too. Other things to note This is a smoke free home and pet free home – smoking on the kitchen balcony and outside only. No visitors allowed. No parties.
