The Annexe. Self-contained flat, near New Lanark

Self contained studio flat with own entrance & private off-road parking Double bed, open plan sitting area with smart TV (access to guests own subscription services) Shower room & kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster *Please note, microwave is the only cooking facility Dog friendly for maximum 2 well behaved medium sized dogs (30kg each) PLEASE let us know when booking if bringing a dog/s OR any other pets Quiet location, secured gated parking and little/no traffic noise The space Only 10 minutes walk from World Heritage site at New Lanark and ideally suited if you are attending events there or at the New Lanark Hotel. We also have had many guests staying with us who are attending events at the Lanark Memorial Hall, Lanark Auction or at the nearby Equestrian Centre. Only 15 minutes walk from Lanark railway station, centrally located between Glasgow and Edinburgh. Many guests find us a convenient stopover on trips between England and the Highlands and Islands - but why not book a longer stay and enjoy the beautiful countryside, and easy access to both east and west of Scotland? Guest access Our front gravel drive is fully enclosed, with safe & gated off road parking. So also ideal if you are travelling with pets OR travelling with visible luggage The Annexe is on the first floor up a flight of stairs, so not suitable for guests with limited mobility. A curtain screens the living space from the stairs, so not suitable for children aged 6 years and under Other things to note Please note that the central heating radiators are linked to the system in our main house. This means that (although the annexe radiators have thermostatic valves allowing them to be turned up or down or off) the heating will only come on when ours does. Generally between October and April, as a minimum we will have heating on early in the morning and again in the evening. If you wish us to put the heating on at other times, there will be an additional fee payable directly to us. You are welcome to bring your dog/s, but they cannot be left on their own in the annexe (unless comfortable to be left and in a crate) and we would ask that you keep them off the furniture. Please also advise if bringing any other pets, same rules applied that not to be left unattended (unless comfortable to be left and are in a crate) and off the furniture. We provide a cleanliness care package, including anti bacterial wipes and spray, and hand sanitizer. We would ask that you leave The Annexe by 11am.
