Other things to note If you are arriving after hours, the key will be in the key box near reception. You will receive detailed instructions, including the security box code and guidelines for accessing your room key, via email on the day of your arrival. To receive the key box code and instructions, please fill out the pre-check-in link sent to your phone via SMS or email on arrival day. Once completed, you'll get the late check-in instructions. If you have not provided us your mobile number and email, please share them with us. An onsite manager is available should you require assistance. Please note that a damage deposit of $100 is payable at check-in from your credit card. This will be released within 2-5 business days after checkout.
