Room in the city center with free parking

This is a great base to explore Lublin! The apartment is located on the top floor of a 10-story building in Lublin Downtown. From here you can see the entire skyline of the city. You’ve got your own lockable room to yourself. The kitchen is equipped with appliances for preparing food, with separate space in the fridge and cupboards. Access to a washing machine with washable tablets. Are you a student? You have a desk, high speed internet and one hundred meters to the Technical University. The space The apartment is three rooms. Each room is lockable for guests' comfort. At guests' disposal is: - Private room: There is a bed with fresh linen, towels and toiletries. There is also a desk, a wardrobe (with tumble dryer) and two shelves for small items. - Kitchen: equipped with crockery and cutlery, pots, coffee, tea, sugar, oil. A large fridge with freezer compartment and cupboards for storing products are separate (marked with the room number). That way you always have room for yourself. The kitchen has a microwave and a washing machine with tablets to wash. - Bathroom: There is a large shower with hot water, toilet and sink. Here the room in the lockers is also marked with the room number. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer. - Hallway: Spacious and bright. Here you have plenty of space for shoes and outerwear. There is a WI-FI router (in the center of the apartment, so there is a strong signal throughout whole apartament). Here’s an iron, too. Guest access PRIVATE ACCESS: - Private room you rent. COMMON ACCESS: - Kitchen, - Bathroom, - Hallway. Other things to note Check-in takes place independently. In front of the entrance to the apartment there is a padlock with two keys: 1. for apartment door, 2. for the door to a private room. The apartment door is only locked with the upper lock.
