Great views to the north and west over Rose Bay and Palleranda. Use of the whole apartment with the back bedroom for the owner. Otherwise make it your own. Parking in a secure garage. Central location 5 mins from the CBD and 5 mins to the airport. The space Main room opens out into the living room with sliding doors. Second room is locked and not to be used. Guest access Via stairs only, second floor. There is not a lift available. I will meet you at the property to check you in between 2pm and 8pm only, which necessitates an accurate arrival time. Please keep me updated if the time changes at all. There will NOT be a key in a lock box. Other things to note Please turn off the aircon when not in the apartment. This includes lights. No smoking anywhere sorry. Quiet after 8pm. Note: The fee's start at 1 person with additional charges for 2 or more guests. Extra charges apply if guests visitors stay for nights outside the original number of guests for the booking.
