Main floor includes: • Comfortable living room with Smart TV • Large dining table for gathering and shared meals • Fully equipped modern kitchen • One full bathroom • One bedroom with: • full-size bed • A/C • windows • small workspace This bedroom offers an extra touch of privacy, as it is the only bedroom on the main floor. ⸻ Second Floor Upstairs, you’ll find a welcoming foyer with a small sitting area, along with the remaining bedrooms and access to some of the home’s most loved outdoor spaces. To help guests feel more comfortable and prepared, the home is equipped with: • 22 solar panels • 2 Tesla batteries • an upgraded 850-gallon cistern These backup systems offer added peace of mind and are something many guests especially appreciate while traveling on the island. While these systems can be very helpful during outages, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of energy and water usage if one occurs so these resources can last comfortably throughout the outage. ⸻ QUIET HOURS To help us maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors and community, we kindly ask that guests observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels low during this time, especially in outdoor areas, as sound travels easily in the mountains. This includes music, conversations, and outdoor activities. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the space enjoyable for everyone. ———- BABY / TODDLER / KID FRIENDLY We’re happy to offer a variety of baby and toddler items upon request, including: • Stair gate • High chair • Pack and play • Baby tub • Toys • Books • Activity center • Baby swing • Toddler rail for the bunk bed • Some baby proofing • Sound machine & others ————- IMPORTANT Because the home is located in a private hillside setting, babies, toddlers, and children should never be left alone or unsupervised in any outdoor area. We always want families to feel welcome while also making sure everyone stays safe and enjoys the property comfortably. ⸻ ADDITIONAL IN-HOUSE SERVICES For an even more relaxing stay, guests may inquire about additional services through the host. We’re happy to share local contacts when available. These services are not guaranteed, as they depend on availability, and are paid directly to the service provider. Services may include: • Massage therapist • Private chef • Bartender • Housekeeping for longer stays • Pre-arrival grocery shopping Guest access Guests will have full, private access to the entire home and outdoor spaces. Please note that one owner’s storage closet (located in the master bedroom and foyer) will remain locked and is not accessible during your stay. • Parking available for up to 3 vehicles • Self check-in with keypad for easy arrival Other things to note Casa Entre Palmas is located in a private hillside setting, which is part of what makes it so peaceful and unique. Because of this: • The driveway and access road are steeper than a typical neighborhood home. Guests should be comfortable driving on mountain roads. • We recommend going down the driveway in reverse. It’s a steep hill. It provides greater mechanical control • Outdoor areas should always be enjoyed with care and active supervision for children, as the property is elevated and open in certain areas. Trash To help keep the property clean and avoid attracting pests and wildlife: • Trash bins are located at the bottom of the driveway • Please take all trash down when disposing of it • Do not leave trash outside around the home Food & Groceries Due to the location: • Food delivery is not available • We recommend picking up groceries on your way to the home We may be able to assist with pre-arrival grocery service upon request (additional fee applies, based on availability) Safety • Fire extinguishers, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are located on each floor for your safety
