All suites have full kitchens, living/dining rooms & sleeper sofa. With king -sized bed, queen-size bed, a queen sleeper sofa and two full baths, your peaceful retreat offers a restful hideaway. Enjoy the convenience of your in-suite kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove and all the essentials needed for complete meals, light snack prep and food storage. Highlights: The Manor House is listed on the national and state registries of historic properties (circa 1735). Guest access Guests will have access to the bar & grille, coffee house and poolside cabana (hours of operation available at the resort). You will also have access to the business center, activity center (fee's apply), sports courts, BBQ area, sauna & fitness center (age restrictions apply), bike rental, fishing, gardens, mini golf, lake area, picnic area and playground. Other things to note Essential: Please ensure that your reservation is being booked in your name as it appears on your valid government issued ID before booking if your name is different then what is listed on Airbnb. Guests checking in must be 21+ - Much like a hotel, a valid government - issued photo ID is required along with a credit card for security deposit. Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's front desk will need this information at check in) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. Take notice of: Units are non - smoking No pets allowed Guests shall use & maintain the Resort in accordance with resort policies & rules. This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. This fully transferable timeshare unit - so the reservation is booked under the name of the main individual checking in. Check-in is much like the experience at a hotel. The guest hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Upstairs units have a private balcony and downstairs units have private patios. The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Guest or Guest’s visiting guests. Resort amenities subject to availability at any time without notice at the discretion of the resort. Additional nights extended onto a current reservation must be done with a two night minimum, and is subject to availability.
