Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This property has stunning views of Hubbard Lake Michigan. It sits on a 1 acre lot with a 50 ft walk out dock. Perfect for summer, fall, and winter stays. It's versatile to provide an intimate setting for a couple's getaway, amenities for a family vacation, and large enough to sleep 9 guests with the use of the bunk house (sleeping 5). If you're looking for a few nights away during the winter months, ice fishing is the best around. The space This space has 2 bedrooms inside the main house. The 3rd "bedroom" listed is the bunk house located next to the main house. The master bedroom includes 1 king size bed with a tv. 2nd bedroom includes 1 double bed. The couch in the living room can sleep 1-2 depending on level of comfort. There is a tv in the living room and space for an air mattress if desired. Outside bunk house includes 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4) and 1 double bed. There is electricity, heat, and air conditioning as well as a tv and a mini fridge inside the bunk house. Across from the bunk house, there is a full bath house. Shower for the bath house is outside with privacy doors. Bath house is winterized starting in November. Plenty of space for tents for extra people wanting to join in on your stay, although I prefer to limit this to 2 tents. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Washer and Dryer are also included for use. Dogs are allowed but please be respectful and make sure to clean up after it. The neighbors on both sides of the property also have dogs. It is your responsibility to keep your pet on a leash/lead. The property is NOT fenced in. I will provide waste bins and garbage bags for trash, but there is no trash pick up on site so please take the bags with you when you leave. I will also provide a separate bin for a burn pile. Clean linen will be provided. I will also provide laundry soap as well as dish soap. Kitchen utensils and pots and pans are there for use as well. I do ask that you do not light candles inside the home for safety purposes. Other things to note Enjoy your time on this beautiful lake. I will provide a kayak for exploring the waters. There are a lot of trails around the area to explore as well. If you would like to bring a boat, the hoist pictured is not avalible to use, but there is a 50 ft. dock to enjoy the view and tie your boat to as well as a boat launch directly across the lake. I ask that you take your boat out at night as winds tend to be high on this lake and damage could occur. Dock is taken out in October. There are many places near by for hunting. Host will not be held liable for any injury/destruction of property for guests.
