Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home! Just 2 miles from Costco— and directly in the middle of Prescott and Prescott Valley, Arizona. This two-story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath is perfect for up to 8 guests who enjoy peace and serenity. So much outdoor space and privacy. Once in the neighborhood you’ll drive 1 mile down a maintained dirt road (please drive slow!) before finding our tucked away home— not too close to neighbors. Enjoy mountain views. The space Master bedroom: Main level with King Bed + 55 in smart TV + Private walk in shower and bathroom Bedroom 2: Main level with Queen Bed + 55 in smart TV. Bedroom 3: Main level with Queen Bed + 55 in smart TV. Bathroom 2: Main level hallway bathroom with tub. Bedroom 4: Unique 2 bedroom suite on second floor. Consists of two single twin beds in first section for the children + a second connected room with a King bed for the adults. Both rooms have smart TVs. Backyard is completely fenced for dogs to have a place to stretch and roam around. The front yard is actually where the BBQ and fire pits are. Plenty of room to play cornhole, horseshoes, it just sit and relax overlooking Prescott Valley lights and mountain views. The kitchen is fully stocked with a ton of spices, cookware and bakeware. But don’t forget you are in an amazing foodie town! If you get the chance you need to try local restaurants while visiting. There is a sit/stand computer station for those who are having a working vacation. Plug into the spare computer screen if you’d like dual monitors with your laptop. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. There will be a few closets and the garage that will remain locked for storage supplies.
