Sunny family 3-bedroom home with pool

Have fun with the whole family at our bright and cheerful family home. Enjoy the shared pool & BBQ facilities or take a 15 minute drive to the nearest beach. Buderim is a beautiful, leafy suburb close to Aussie World, Australia Zoo and all the attractions of the Sunshine Coast. It's a perfect base for a fabulous family holiday. With Coles on your doorstep and the shops and restaurants of Buderim just up the road, you'll love the convenience of staying in our home! The space PLEASE NOTE: this is not set up as a holiday home, this is the house we live in with our 3 young children. We will make as much space for you as possible, and lock up our garage, but many of our personal belongings will be in the house. We do hope you'll respect our things. On the plus side, its the perfect house to have children, with a fully fenced private backyard with toys, and with the convenience of a swimming pool on the doorstep without the stress of it being in the backyard where the kids could get at it. We have three great-sized bedrooms - master with ensuite, balcony, air-con and king bed, our sons' bedroom with 2 bunk beds (this room could sleep 4 if necessary), this room has a ceiling fan, floor fan and overlooks the swimming pool. And the third bedroom has our daughter's cot, it can also easily fit our fold out single bed. Downstairs we have a very comfortable, cosy sofa (with double pullout bed) in the airconditioned open plan living space, and a 70" TV with Disney+, Kayo, Netflix, Stan, Binge etc. There is a downstairs toilet, and a full laundry with separate washing machine and dryer. Kitchen amenities include all the usual items, with gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave etc. There's also our cute little 'kids cave' under the stairs for little ones to do some chalk drawings or play with the little toy kitchen and read some books on the beanbag. Guest access You'll have the whole house to yourselves, however it will contain some of our personal belongings and clothes which we ask you to respect. You are welcome to use the shared BBQ (but you must leave it clean afterward) and of course the swimming pool. You'll see swimming pool rules clearly marked. Please keep noise and outside lights to a minimum from 10pm onwards.
