The conservatory off the dining area leads out to the lawned and decked rear garden and which is a proper sun trap in the summer. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the additional double and bunk room share the family bathroom with bath and over-bath shower. The bunk room has a pull out single for additional young guests. There is parking for 3-4 cars on the driveway. Sunny Days is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and very close to Billys on the Beach, arguably the finest beach-front restaurant for miles around. Bracklsham Bay is a small village with a village shop and a couple of restaurants. The village of East Wittering is just a 2 minute drive away with plenty of shops and restaurants and the white sands of East Head and West Wittering beach are just a 5 minute drive.
