Charming home with large garden, 1 hr 15 min from Paris

On the outskirts of the loops of the Seine and Château-Gaillard, in the heart of the Vexin Normand and along the GR2, this old farmhouse has been refurbished in 2022. It is ideally located between Rouen and Giverny, 1h15 from Paris. You can enjoy a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and 5 bedrooms spread over two floors. Wooded grounds of nearly 1 hectare with barbecue, brazier, outdoor games. Possibility of renting a small guest house for 6 people. The space The house of 180m2 is organized on three floors. On the ground floor: a large living/dining room with fireplace in perfect working order, a fully equipped kitchen + a separate toilet. On the first floor: two double bedrooms (140cm bed), a single bedroom (90cm bed) and an adjoining games room with games for all ages, a bathroom with bathtub + separate WC. On the second floor: two double bedrooms (160cm beds), a bathroom with a large walk-in shower + separate WC. A more rustic small house of 70m2 is located on the same plot of land, 20 meters from the main house, and can be rented additionally for 200 euros per night. It is composed of an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and WC, a double bedroom on one level (140cm bed), a double bedroom on the mezzanine and a living room with a sofa bed. Guest access Depending on the booking, travellers will have access to either the main house and the garden, or both houses and the garden. We will never rent the main house and the small house separately. If you only rent the main house, the small house will be empty, and you will be the only ones to enjoy the garden and outdoor spaces. Other things to note We are three friends who bought this beautiful house together in the summer of 2021. We put all our savings and all our heart into it! The main house has been completely renovated (roof, windows, insulation, installation of a heat pump, kitchen, bathrooms, etc). The small adjoining house is older, but still comfortable and makes an ideal rental for several families! The grounds are very large, with a courtyard on one side, and a lawned garden on the other, and a meadow with fruit trees and a vegetable garden that we have installed in permaculture. Depending on the dates of your stay you may be able to enjoy the delicious cherries from the garden, make your own dandelion jam or taste our tomatoes! :)
