Urban Camper for 2 on Spacious Downtown Property

Enjoy an urban, private camp trailer situated on our home's property near downtown Urbana. Accommodations include: king-sized mattress, blackout curtains; a cozy kitchen nook w/a table that converts to a toddler bed for a little kid; COMPOSTABLE toilet; fully functioning indoor shower. With an independent AC system, the camper stays cool in the summer thanks to solar panels on the roof. It's complete with a kitchen: 2-burner gas stove top and mini refrigerator, NO FREEZER, only. The space Camp trailer: Our trailer is situated directly off of California Street in Urbana, a quiet street without much noise. The trailer is in the long driveway of our other rental home — the outdoor property is large! We are setup with fast WiFi, too. The photos are pretty much in the order of which our camper flows — so, please take a look. Sleeping area: A king-sized Leesa mattress on a wood frame bed. Bathroom: Stall-sized shower with handheld shower head and COMPOSTABLE toilet This means you change out your own compostable bag of #2 (aka poop!) but #1 mixes into our grey tank. Curtains to provide privacy for a shower and from bathroom to other areas. Kitchen: Dining nook with padded benches; toaster oven; pots + pans; cooking utensils; double stove top gas range; + mini refrigerator with a VERY small freezer compartment only Guest access When requesting to book please add the following sentence in with a reason for your request to stay: "I'm a good reader and know it's a compostable toilet." Otherwise, we will have to challenge your stay based on your understanding of what this listing really is! We usually remind guests — but, we like to know people have READ the listing to fully understand what they're signing up for. Other things to note No parties or events at the camper will be tolerated. Will result in the immediate cancellation of your stay. Guests must be over the age of 21. If you stay longer than 7 nights, there is a cleaning fee of $50 for each additional week. Our hired staff bills us more when they cannot clean weekly. For guests who depart AFTER the set 10am checkout, an additional $100 fee will be charged. Our hired cleaning staff is on paid on a schedule and we are billed more if they cannot access the space at the proper times. We have a strict policy against indoor smoking of any kind and ABSOLUTELY NO pets. Smoking outside is fine. We just ask that you keep the cigarette butts in a container and nowhere else. Smoking inside the camper will result in a $250 additional charge.
