Enjoy views from the top of the city. This unit comes with an enclosed balcony area, which makes it usable beyond what the season typically allows. Located on 6th Avenue N, just a block from the University Bridge. Many transit options close by, as well as shops, restaurants, and pubs. Book only through Airbnb or trusted sites. The space Located on the 27th floor, this unit has spectacular prairie views. The enclosed balcony has a comfortable reading corner. perfect for getting some work done or relaxing. The living room includes a 60" TV - easily connect to your favourite streaming services using the smart TV interface. The kitchen is well stocked, with most items you will need to prepare your favourite dish. The bedroom includes a comfortable king size bed with premium linens, and a dresser and closet for clothing storage. While there isn't a parking spot included, there are options for paid parking in the lot behind the building. We supply our guests with essentials, such as coffee pods, tea, olive oil, salt & pepper, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Surfing the web is also a breeze, with the high-speed fiber optic WiFi. Guest access In addition to the suite, guests have access to several shared building amenities: • Shared gym accessible from levels P1 & P3 • Shared squash court accessible from the gym • Shared courtyard with seating located on the south side of the building • Located off of the lobby, a public convenience store and hair salon A paid parking lot with daily/weekly/monthly rates is located behind the building accessible from the back lane. The parking lot is not affiliated with the condo building. Other things to note -When booking, please include the correct number of guests. Only guests that are included on the booking are welcome to stay in the suite. We do allow our guests to have visitors, however, we like to be made aware if you are having visitors. Visitors are not permitted to spend the night. -Guests are not permitted to use the mailbox. We ask that guests have their mail sent to a P.O. Box instead of the suite. We do not monitor the mailbox regularly, and do not supply a mail key. -Please do not allow anyone into the building or parking garage. Folks should have their own fob, or be let in by the resident they are visiting. -This suite does not come with a parking stall.
