The space This lovely home is an ideal choice for groups of all sizes, whether you're traveling with a large party or seeking a more intimate getaway. With 5 comfortable bedrooms and 3 well-appointed bathrooms, you'll find the perfect blend of space and privacy. Each room is thoughtfully equipped with a 4K Roku TV, providing access to complimentary Netflix and other streaming platforms. Two of the bedrooms even feature attached bathrooms for added convenience. The living room and dining area offer ample space for relaxation and shared meals. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, slow cooker, microwave, stove, refrigerator, along with all the pots, pans, dishes, and silverware you might need. We've included kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, spices, and sugar, ensuring your culinary adventures are a breeze. Coffee and tea are also readily available. For families traveling with infants, we provide a Pack 'n Play Playard and a high chair, making your stay comfortable for all. Step into the backyard, and you’ll discover a beautiful pebble tec pool and a relaxing hot tub (hot tub can be heated for an additional charge of $60/night). Pool heating is also available on demand for an additional fee and with advance notice. The space is surrounded by a charming gazebo and a patio dining table, creating the perfect setting for outdoor meals and gatherings. Fire up the grill and enjoy a barbecue—everything you need is provided. Your leisure and comfort are always our top priorities. Guest access Guests have access to the entire place, including the 2-car garage, with the exception of some closets and cabinets used for storage. Other things to note - The pool isn’t heated by default, but we can heat it up to 90°F if you’d like! The fee is $350 for the first night and $150 for each consecutive night. Heating typically takes 10–18 hours, so we ask that requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Payment is required beforehand so we can schedule and prepare the heating for you. Pool heating is usually recommended during the cooler months (November–March). During the summer, the weather keeps the water naturally warm and refreshing, so heating is generally not needed. - The hot tub can be heated for $60 per night, and you’ll get up to 5 consecutive hours of use. It’s controlled remotely on our end, so we’ll coordinate your preferred time slots. It’s available daily between 9 am and 10 pm. - If you are a local in the Fresno area, don’t book without first contacting me. - In order to maintain the pool water cleaned and sanitized during stay, the pool guy might be there during your stay to service the pool. - Yard cleanup day is usually on Mondays but can change due to gardener availability. If you’re staying with us on a Monday, the gardener will be there some time between 9am-3pm to clean the front and back yard. - Trash/waste pick up is on Thursdays. Someone might be there on Wednesday evening to take the trash bins out to the curb. Registration Details 459011
