It's good for you to stay with your family or friends. We renovated 1FL on 2020, summer. So the condition is really good. *Plants, ornaments, laptop, colorful sheets and cushions in the pictures are not placed when guests are staying. Also, there are other resident on other another floor. So you can't use this listing room for like lively party. Especially, please cooperation to keep quiet for the neighborhood. *No party, No Smoking, No Drugs 《When you would like to stay WITH YOUR PETS》 You can stay with your pets!! However, then we has to charge an extra cleaning fee $60. This extra cleaning fee does NOT be included the total amount when you make a reservation. We will send the payment request after reservation, and please pay from the request. *Just in case, if your pets damage this house or furniture etc, we charge you for that after your checkout.
