The space The apartment is a studio apartment of about 50 square metres, recently renovated and designed to offer comfort, functionality and excellent liveability of the spaces. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed with a 160x200 memory foam mattress, with a summer side and a winter side, designed to ensure quality rest in every season. The sleeping area is visually separated from the living area by cabinets and a dividing bookcase: a solution designed to optimise space and keep the room bright and airy. There is no dividing door. The particularly high ceilings, typical of historic buildings, give the apartment a pleasant feeling of spaciousness and character. The accommodation is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, ideal for smart working or gaming sessions, and the latest generation air conditioning installed in 2025 (Hisense brand), designed to offer quick relief from high summer temperatures. There is no television but the apartment has been equipped with a magnificent projector, which guarantees the usability of all streaming channels. The washing machine is located in the kitchen area and is integrated behind a panel to maintain order and visual consistency. The property is completed by a large private garage, a real added value in the historic centre, also suitable for parking SUVs or bicycles. ⚠️PLEASE NOTE - for bookings of 2 people: The apartment is set up with the double bed already prepared. If you prefer to sleep separately and would also like to use the sofa bed, please let us know in advance: we will be happy to prepare it for you. In this case, there is a €20 contribution for additional linen. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests and guarantees total privacy during the stay. It is located on the ground floor, with a private entrance. Other things to note 📄 Documents and mandatory registration As required by Italian law, after booking, an identity document will be requested for each guest (identity card for EU citizens, passport for non-EU citizens). The data will be used exclusively for the mandatory communication to the State Police portal "Alloggiati Web", as required by Italian law. 🧾 Tourist tax – Municipality of Udine From 2 February 2025, the Municipality of Udine has introduced the tourist tax. During the online check-in procedure, you will be asked to pay the tax, which will then be paid by us to the Municipality.
