The space This spacious and well-equipped mountain cabin is designed for groups who want comfort, space and an exceptional location in Fageråsen, Trysil. Within a short walking distance you’ll find everything the area has to offer – lifts and slopes, après-ski, restaurants, cafés and shops – making it easy to enjoy the mountains without relying on a car. Close by you’ll find a wide selection of food and drink options: fine dining at Pilgrimen, hot chocolate and lunch at Kasserole, après-ski and pizza at Skiseriet, or Fjellroa, located right on the slope and accessible by skis in winter and on foot in summer – offering stunning mountain views. For a more relaxed or upscale evening, SkiStar Lodge is about a 15-minute walk away (or a short downhill stroll). Here you’ll find several restaurants, steakhouse, pizza, après-ski, spa, gym, and both indoor and outdoor pools. The hotel breakfast is also highly appreciated. Cross-country skiing tracks are available both on the mountain and at Trysil Knut Arena, and during the season there are also tracks close to the cabin – perfect for combining alpine skiing with cross-country skiing. Outside the winter season, Trysil becomes a popular destination for hiking and biking. The area offers an extensive network of bike trails, bike rentals, a climbing park (Høyt & Lavt), an 18-hole golf course, horseback riding, rafting and beautiful mountain walks for all ages. The cabin offers approximately 140 sqm over two floors. The ground floor includes three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining space for up to 16 guests, a utility room with washing machine and drying cabinet, and two spacious bathrooms with towel warmers. One bathroom features a double shower and double sinks, while the other includes a shower and a sauna with direct outdoor access. The upper floor offers two bedrooms, both with private WC and sink, as well as a large and social living area with fireplace, large TV and plenty of seating – perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire cabin during their stay. Other things to note This is a privately owned holiday cabin.
