Aside from its large backyard and spacious interior, one of its more notable perks is its proximity to everything you could possibly need. No need to worry about driving - this oasis is only a 1-minute walk from the grocery store, LCBO, and Oh-El-La Cafe. Less than a 10-minute walk to local restaurants, The Calabogie Brewery, and The Calabogie Pizzeria. Not to mention, only a 5 minute drive away from all that The Calabogie Peaks has to offer. The house is large enough to host groups of 10 comfortably while maintaining a cozy atmosphere for smaller groups. The back deck offers views of Calabogie Lake and Grassy Bay, with a propane barbecue and plenty of seating for everyone. A hill leads to the water, with a leveled area perfect for lounging by the shore, yard games, or a bonfire. The private dock is great for swimming, sunbathing, or to tie your boat to. The open concept main floor offers a bright living room, a full-sized kitchen (with dishwasher), dining area, main bathroom, a master bedroom with ensuite, and two other bedrooms. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, the backyard, as well as a private deck and your own dock in the summer. Other things to note There is a steep hill in the back yard leading to the water. Those with mobility issues may find it difficult. The house is otherwise fairly accessible.
