Oceanview condo at Resort at Cocoa Beach

Located on Orlando’s closest beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, this space offers a vacation getaway as active or as relaxing as you choose to make it. A tastefully decorated two bedroom, two bath condo as well as a queen sofabed & comes equipped with everything you need including a full kitchen, washer/dryer & private balcony with a partial Oceanview. The area boasts a full array of outdoor entertainment - including sailing, golfing, surfing, fishing & more. Perfect fun spot for families! The space There are open breezeways instead of closed in hallways. Hand Sanitizer is available in several locations around the resort. Our cleaning crews use CDC/EPA approved cleansers to sanitize all contact areas (door handles, elevator buttons, desks, hard surfaces, etc. The sandy beach is right out front of the Resort to enjoy. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor pool area which includes a sundeck, Jacuzzi spa, shuffle board, basketball and tennis courts. Bring the kids to the indoor play room area or to the game room which will keep them busy for hours! There's even a little movie theatre with FREE movies! There is also a top quality fitness center for those who want to keep their fitness schedule while traveling! You can grill at the designated bbq area outside. Guest access Guests have access to all the amenities: heated outdoor pool, sauna, hottub, fitness center, restaurant/lounge, beach, movie theatre, game room, indoor play center, tennis and basketball courts. Other things to note There's a $100 refundable security deposit upon check in. Guests register at the desk and will be given a parking pass. (Limit of 2 vehicles) Beach towels are available via a towel exchange machine.
