Cozy Hirmentaz chalet at the foot of the slopes

This house transformed into a chalet offers a peaceful stay for the whole family. It accommodates up to 12 people in a warm atmosphere where wood is King. Its proximity to the ski slopes (120 m) of the Hirmentaz resort allows for a relaxing vacation. In summer, let yourself be lulled by the bells of the cows in the Alpages and enjoy Lake Geneva, the climbing routes of Bellevaux and the many hikes from the chalet The space This chalet welcomes us in a large living room. On the same floor you will have - a bedroom with a 140/190 bed (2 70/190 beds) - a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds. - A bathroom with shower - separate toilet. - The kitchen is also an integral part of the living room. (dining room and living room with wood burning stove) On the upper floor, which you will access by a fairly steep staircase, you will find: - a 2nd couple's bedroom with 2 beds measuring 80 cm which allows a bed of 160/200 cm, - a dormitory room with 3 beds (2 beds in 90/200 + a mattress on the floor) - a mezzanine with games area + a bunk bed (floor mattress 90/190) - a toilet + water point. On the ground floor/basement, there is: - a bedroom (under renovation) with 3 beds: an 80/190 bed and a sofa bed (140/190) - a bathroom with sink and small bathtub/shower. It is possible to provide sheets for sleeping and towels. Allow 15 euros per person for this. The cash payment will be sent to the person who will welcome you. You'll need to specify this before you come. There is no "cleaning fee" planned, so it will be up to you to leave the premises clean when you leave or to make arrangements with the person who will welcome you. Guest access You will enjoy the entire accommodation + the garden (not enclosed). No parking in front of the house. (only possibility to unload) you must then use the station parking 50 m away (lower) Other things to note Patience! This accommodation is still being renovated (which can be seen in some photos) but its level of comfort and service is already optimal and is constantly improving! For now, the installation of fiber is underway in the hamlet but has not yet been completed. Only the 4G Free and Orange networks work very well. Don't look for the TV! We replaced it with board games... The hot water tank has a capacity of 150L, which is not enough for 10 showers in a row. However, it operates continuously and the water heats up quickly. After waiting an hour, the water is hot again. To preserve the spirit of the alpine pasture, the gardens are not enclosed. Because of its age, we will ask you not to jump or dance (except in the ski room :)
