Don't even think about ever staying in a hotel again The space This newly remodeled, modern Northwoods cabin has everything to offer for a true Northwoods getaway. 2 Bedroom, 1 bath, with spectacular sandy frontage, life doesn't get much better than a day in Rhinelander and Oneida County. You will love sitting on the deck enjoying the morning sun and taking in the beautiful Northwood’s wildlife surrounded by towering pines in this quiet residential neighborhood. In the Winter, the cabin is just steps away from the famous Boom Lake "ice road" for access to all of your snowmobiling and ice fishing spots! Snowmobile in and out during the winter right from the cabin. Fishing doesn't get much better than the Boom Lake/Wisconsin River flowage. And this cabin makes your ice fishing stay so much easier. Just walk a simple 100 feet down to the lake (gentle, sloping frontage) and put up your tip-ups. During the Fall, you can enjoy a bonfire at the firepit using the Adirondack chairs just steps away from the lake under the towering pines. In the summer, you will have exclusive access to 100 feet of prime sandy frontage that most cabins don't have. Sandy frontage is a premium in northern Wisconsin and it doesn't get any better than at this cabin! You will NOT find "fishermans frontage" (weedy, mucky and not fun to walk in!) at this cabin! It's sand, sand and more sand. Don't forget your boat or jet ski -- the free, public boat landing is right on the way to the cabin (no need to go far!) Bring your kayaks and canoes for a paddle on the beautiful flowage and hear the call of the loons all day long. Although situated in a private, quiet bay, the cabin is located right next to the "big" part of the lake so you can ski and/or jet ski where the action is. Go by boat to your favorite restaurant or even catch a water ski show (in the summer) by boat. There is so much to do and see! We supply a fun paddle boat! The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen to prepare all of your favorites. There is a full size refrigerator and gas stove/oven. All appliances are brand new and stainless steel. A grill is also included! The unit includes all high-quality linens and towels, and has a flat screen TV and DVD player. Take a morning or evening walk in the quiet, residential neighborhood surrounded by towering pines. It's on a beautiful, dead end road that hugs the shoreline on either side, so it's a great place to take a walk. Your only job only job is to relax in the Northwoods. Fishing is great on the Boom Lake chain and you can fish right off the dock or take your boat out to Boom Lake and the Rhinelander Flowage. Enjoy the summer or fall beauty from the paddleboat that is included in the rental (or bring your own kayaks/canoes!) and explore the island located right in front of the cabin. A dock is a great place to enjoy the sunset, watch the wildlife or just look at the lake. If you bring a boat, a boat lift that is included makes it easy to keep your boat out of the water at night. A convenient fish house is near the shoreline for great storage of your water sports and fishing gear. Sleeping arrangements: this is a 2-bedroom, 1 bath cabin that is 600 square feet. Bedroom 1 has a full/double bed. Bedroom 2 has three (3) twin beds: a set of bunk beds and 1 single twin bed. The cabin could sleep 6 if someone sleeps on the couch which is not a pull out couch. Guest access The entire house and property, which includes a lockable storage shed and a fish house by the water. Plenty of parking. You have complete privacy at this cabin located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Nestled under towering pines and just steps away from beautiful, sandy swimming frontage. Other things to note This was not listed for the entire year of 2023 while we fully remodeled the cabin. While the four walls remain the same and the square footage is the same, everything — and I mean everything! — was replaced. Even the studs! We hope you love how it turned out as much as we do!
