The main reception room is a huge beautiful open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with TV, logburner, conservatory area, and small utility room. There are wooden floors throughout the communal parts of the house, and carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen is stunning, with dark grey contemporary units, with beautiful copper edging, white silestone worktops, and a large island with induction hob. It is a very sociable space! There is a Lavazza coffee machine with complimentary coffee. The kitchen and conservatory area look out with huge windows to the lovely large planted garden, gas BBQ, patio, and lawn. The rear garden has a beautiful view to the south west towards Rosemullion Head and over Bream Cove. The whole property benefits from much privacy and is in a very private quiet setting.
