Collingswood is a beautifully spacious contemporary single level house with a stunning log burner, large garden & amazing coastal headland views, situated very close to the South West Coast Path between Falmouth & the Helford River, near Maenporth Beach. Good pub, cafes & good restaurants and two beaches are within walking distance. This is a listing (for exclusive use) for using just 2 of the 4 bedrooms (the other two will be locked) but if you have a larger group there is a duplicate listing The space This listing is for renting Collingswood as a 2 bedroom house but is also available as a 4 bedroom property for larger groups - please find the duplicate listing if your group is larger than 4 guests. If you choose this listing, you will still have exclusive use of the house, but two of the bedrooms will be locked. You still will have access to a twin room, a king size room with en-suite shower room, and a separate bathroom. The main reception room is a huge beautiful open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with TV, logburner, conservatory area, and small utility room. There are wooden floors throughout the communal parts of the house, and carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen is stunning, with dark grey contemporary units, with beautiful copper edging, white silestone worktops, and a large island with induction hob. It is a very sociable space! There is a Lavazza coffee machine with complimentary coffee. The kitchen and conservatory area look out with huge windows to the lovely large planted garden, gas BBQ, patio, and lawn. The rear garden has a beautiful view to the south west towards Rosemullion Head and over Bream Cove. The whole property benefits from much privacy and is in a very private quiet setting. The house has oil fired central heating, and plenty of hot water. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the house, but two of the bedrooms will be locked, as well as the garage. It is very private and not overlooked at all Other things to note Prices are based upon two guests sharing, and there is a small charge for the 3rd and 4th guests. This is to keep the prices as low as possible if there are only 2 guests staying
