This lovely property is located just a stone's throw away from Chester city centre. It offers secure free parking for 1 car. The cottage has a beautiful entrance way with downstairs W/C at the end. Off to the right is a corridor leading to a newly fitted kitchen with modern amenities (no dishwasher) and a large living dining area with smart TV and comfortable seating. Upstairs you will find tow bedrooms - Bedroom 1 is a spacious and comfortable room with a double bed. Bedroom 2 is impressively spacious and features a king-sized bed, has built in wardrobes and a sitting area. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. There is also a fully fitted bathroom with bath and overhead shower, offering a great retreat following a long day exploring all Chester has to offer. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway or a family holiday, this property is the ideal choice for you. With its close proximity to Chester city centre and its array of shops, restaurants & attractions, this property provides you with the perfect base to explore all this beautiful city has to offer. The property is pet friendly (there is an additional charge - please see the ‘Pet Section’ & ‘Other Details To Note’ section before booking with your pet. Guest access Self check-in/out via lock box. Private, off-road parking for one car Other things to note Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered. Please note that the property has a Smart TV with app access. You will need to use your own logins and the TV does not have live TV. However, you can watch live tv through both the BBC and the ITV app for example. We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items. Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings and our cleaners schedule, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay. A dog is welcome at an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance to advise that you are bringing your dog. If you have a second dog please let us know and this will be considered. Please kindly consider the following rules if bringing your dog; -Dogs must be well behaved and house trained. -Dogs must be kept strictly downstairs & off the soft furnishings. -Any fouling on premises must be cleared up without delay. -Muddy paws should be cleaned before entering the house.
