Renovated 70s bungalow in a beautiful place in the woods with lots of hiking and biking trails next door. The Bungalow is equipped with a Mid Century modern design interior matching the architecture of the house. The nature house is furnished for 4 people and can be found in a collectively purchased forest between Ommen and Hardenberg, near the beautiful nature reserves of the Overijsselse Vechtdal. The Bungalow is spacious, modern and cozy. The space Everything is available to get away from the busy life and enjoy a lovely quiet place in the middle of the forest. The bedroom on the ground floor has a spacious double bed with a Lits Jumeaux duvet. The upstairs bedroom has two single beds. These can be placed separately from each other, but also together. For the beds upstairs, you can choose between two single duvets or a double duvet. Pillows and duvets are provided, bed and bath linens must be brought by yourself or can be rented through the cleaning service. The cost for this is 10 euros per person for bed linen and 5 euros per person for towels. Guest access Parking and loading/unloading at the cottage is not possible. The parking lot is about 100m walking distance from the cottage. There is a wheelbarrow at the house to make transporting bags a little easier. Other things to note Please note: - The sleeping loft has a limited standing height. - The stairs to the sleeping loft are steep and do not have a safety fence. - The park is mainly visited by people who want to enjoy nature and tranquility, so our house is not suitable for parties. - You must take care of bed linen and towels yourself, or you can optionally rent them. The cost of renting towels is 5 euros per person, and for bed linen 10 euros per person. (Please consult, in connection with availability) - Our house is in the middle of nature. In nature, there are animals, such as rabbits, deer, squirrels, but also various insects. It can happen that curious animals come to visit our cottage. Known from Eigen huis en Interieur. 1. No smoking permitted. 2. Pets are allowed only in consultation. 3. Staying in our outdoor house with more people than agreed upon (at the time of booking) is expressly prohibited without our permission, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 4. Moving furniture, as well as plants or television equipment or taking any part of the (interior) inventory outside is explicitly not allowed, with the exception of the crockery/glasses and cutlery for your meal outside. After the stay, the tenant must: • Leave the cottage swept clean and tidy. If the house is left in an improper condition, additional (cleaning) costs may be charged. • Have everything washed clean, dried and placed back in the cabinet. • Place duvet covers and linens next to the bed. • Leave the refrigerator clean and empty. • After using the fireplace, clean the fireplace yourself. • To have emptied the trash cans. • Report any breakage and/or damage.
