Each suite offers 419 square feet of living space with a king bed and sofa bed, two person dinette set, fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. The studio suite has a partial living room area and a patio (lower floor) or balcony (upper floor) (note: no elevators) 18 steps to 2nd level Your room is assigned at check in, just like any hotel. so you can let the front desk know of any special requests, and they will do their best to accommodate your needs, depending on availability. STUDIOS have Kitchenette Dishwasher Washer and Dryer in your room Mini fridge Two burner stove (sorry no oven) Dinnerware, glassware, flatware Toaster Blender Coffee maker-regular not kurig Cable TV- 51 basic channels with HBO Guest access ***Golf course is closed Sept/Oct for seeding- ask for dates*** All Legacy Golf Resort guests have access to on-site gym, pool and spa, tennis courts, basketball court, children's playground, putting green, 18-hole golf course (fee), pro shop and on-site bar and grille, (serving breakfast, lunch, dinner) see hotel for operating hours Other things to note The Legacy Golf Resort is a timeshare property; however you are not obligated to attend a timeshare presentation at any time in order to receive my discounted rates. •Golf course is closed the last two weeks of every October for seed NO CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, OR CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER RESERVATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE SINCE WE THE OWNERS RESERVE THROUGH THE TIMESHARE COMPANY. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS ALWAYS RECOMMENDED All guests must comply with resort rules.  No smoking. No pets. Must be 21 or older to check in. CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS -  As Timeshare Owners we call in a non-refundable reservation with Shell Vacations Club at time of your reservation request . Therefore, there is no cancellations or changes after your reservation request has been made. CHECK-IN: Your room is assigned at time of check-in. The hotel will ask for photo ID and credit card, for REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT and incidentals at time of check-in just like any hotel.  These documents must match the name on your reservations. If you should need a different room, due to location or other issues, please contact the front desk and.or management and they will do their best to accommodate your needs, since I am not onsite. RESORT FEES: none THIS IS A TIMESHARE PROPERTY- You are not obligated to attend a timeshare presentation at anytime AGE - The Tenant must be age 21 or older to secure a reservation in his/her name. USAGE - The Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. The Tenant affirms that s/he will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-outs. TEMPORARY USE / NO SUBLETTING - Tenants expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for the temporary use of the Resort and that Tenants shall not under any circumstance sublet the Resort unit. OCCUPANCY -- The Tenant agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy for the unit. Failure to comply may result in eviction by the Resort. PETS -- Under no circumstance will the Tenant permit pets of any kind in the unit. DAMAGES -- The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant's guests. INDEMNIFICATION - The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
