The Garden Studio.

A delightful getaway in the heart of Mt Eliza’s ‘Woodlands’, the private, sun-drenched self-contained studio sits quietly amongst expansive native gardens full of native birds. It is a short drive to the beautiful beaches, wineries, cafes and walks which abound across the Mornington Peninsula. The area is a mecca for cycling and bushwalking enthusiasts. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind and is an ideal base for exploring the fabulous Mornington Peninsula. The space The garden studio was formerly an artist’s studio. It sits quietly in our lovely native garden facing the Sun and enjoys a pleasant view of the pool and surroundings. You have non-exclusive access to the pool and the surrounding sun lounges and outdoor shower. Please note it’s not heated, but it’s perfect for those hot days. 3 stairs lead up to the front door and into a large airy open space, where you will find a very comfy queen bed, a luxurious leather reclining couch, TV, and extendable dining table. There are drawers for clothes storage and hooks for larger items. The kitchenette has everything you need to create breakfast. Plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee plunger. We have not provided a hot plate or pots and pans. The bathroom is tastefully appointed with all the expected facilities. The WiFi is free and easy to use. We have provided an information booklet that covers all you need to know about the studio and most of the wonderful attractions on the Mornington Peninsula. There are plenty of good books available too. Heating and cooling is taken care of with a very effective reverse cycle air conditioner/heater. During the summer months the scent of the roses that grow under the studio windows will be an additional delight to make your stay a truly memorable one. We’re looking forward to seeing you soon! Guest access The Garden studio is all yours to come and go as you please. You have your own key and your own access with off street parking. As well as the studio, you can also enjoy the pool with sun lounges, table and outdoor shower. The pool very occasionally may have others in it, but it will only be on the hottest days. It is the perfect place to relax. Other things to note Please note that this accommodation is a non smoking environment.
