Issues may arise, but we will try to resolve them as soon as possible. We are offering a home, not a bed and breakfast or hotel. It is also possible to enjoy a beautiful sunset through the view we have of a mountain that makes up the Serra dos Órgãos National Park. Guest access All spaces except the second house, which is occupied by the owner only when we have no guests. The number of guests in the house is 12 people accommodated in beds with complete bedding. Other things to note => Do not enter the waterfall when the mountain is covered, even when it is sunny at the site. Danger of flash flood/water spout (the flood does not come gradually, it comes suddenly); => Bring insect repellent/ sunscreen; => The site offers 2 umbrellas, 2 beach chairs and 4 tables with 16 MOR brand seats (the chairs support up to 140 kg); => On summer rainy/thunderstorm days, take shelter indoors and do not use the pool (risk of lightning and electrical sparks); => We advise you to use the electric showers and keep the air-conditioners turned off; => Before entering the pool, take a shower; => Do not tamper with the pool pump house (risk of electric shock).
