There are hardwood floors throughout the home and the 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and full-size washer and dryer are all on the main floor. Located just one block from Mayo's pedestrian tunnel system with climate controlled access to Mayo Clinic and downtown. This is a smoke-free and pet-free home. We pride ourselves on providing a clean environment for patients and families. The space The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, spices, baking sheets, coffee maker, tupperware, and more! The home comes furnished with towels, linens, organic cotton sheets and comfortable new beds. Wifi, extensive cable channels, Apple TV, dvd player and filtered drinking water are all available. Onsite parking included. Guest access Access to the main floor of the home. This listing is for the main floor of the home. For larger groups, we do offer both the main floor and the second floor of the home, but never rent out to two groups at the same time - the home is always exclusive to one renter! If you are interested in renting both the main floor and the second floor please let us know.
