Ours is a comfy, colorful, private place perfect for families, couples and friends. It has spectacular views from every room, awesome workout deck, and a stones throw away from Avalon Beach and town. The space We have two giant Love Sacs that are the most comfortable places to watch movies and games on our 2.4m projector screen! Guest access You'll have access to the entire premises of 13b - except for the converted garage. You will have sole access to the back yard featuring the fire pit. Other things to note We have a permanent tenant who lives in the converted garage. This is a fully self contained unit and has a separate entrance, so the only thing you'll be sharing is the front gate! He's a wonderful guy who is rarely there. We have listed the property for 5 guests. Sleeping arrangements are flexible. We recommend 2 adults in the master bedroom with Ensuite. 1 adult or 2 children in the bedroom with the sofa bed (double). 2 adults and baby in the 3rd bedroom.
