The Lake Place - A-Frame on Lake Miltona w/ Sauna

The Lake Place is a brand new A-frame cabin built to share our favorite place with you! Make memories in the cozy living room with friends around the electric fireplace, climb the ladder to the 3rd story loft for the view or perfect kid’s hideout, or open the oversized patio doors to visit the lake, just steps from our back door! We just added a brand new sauna for you and guests to use as well! Stay up to date with all the latest on IG @thelakeplacemiltona The space The Lake Place has two bedrooms and an oversized bathroom on the main level. One bedroom holds two twin beds and one full, while the other has a queen bed with twin trundle. In the primary bedroom upstairs there is a king bed and bathroom. The main loft includes a futon, and a ladder leads up to a bonus third story loft. There is a main floor living room with fireplace, and the kitchen includes a large island and dining table. Outside there is a fire pit area with firewood included. We have a small sand beach area and a dock to access the lake. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, which includes the driveway, cabin, patio, backyard/side yard, bonfire pit, sauna and dock (seasonally). Other things to note We are located 15-20 Minutes from downtown Alexandria (Groceries, Restaurants, Coffee, Etc). We are located 5 minutes from Carlos Creek Winery, brewery and pizza kitchen, and Gathered Oaks, so this is the perfect location if you are attending an event at one of these venues! Just 5 minutes from Lake Miltona Golf Club and 15 from Alexandria Golf Club. Winter guests: Andes Tower Hills is a great local option for ski and tubing. Lake Miltona is fantastic for ice fishing. We are located right on Lake Miltona with a private dock. We do not have any boats included in the home rental. If you’re looking to get out on the lake, please bring your own or rent from one of the places below! There is a boat landing located on the other side of the lake where you can drop in boats. We recommend Garfield Marine, Fun Rental Express, and Barefoot Aqua Sports for your water rental needs in Alexandria! Pets ARE allowed but we do require an additional fee of $150 for cleaning. Please be respectful of rugs and carpet while the pets are inside. Pets are not allowed on any furniture. Please make sure pets have clean paws before letting them enter the house. All pet waste must be cleaned up from the yard before you depart. You are responsible for your pet and must pay any damages at the cost of replacement or repair due to an animal. Any additional cleaning fees resulting from pets will also be passed to you. Please bring a kennel if this helps you and your dog to follow the rules! Minimum Stay. We do have a minimum 2 night stay, but please inquire if there is one open night in between rentals that you would like to claim! License #2127
