Come work or study in this spacious, comfortable 50m2 apartment under the rooftops of Paris on the top floor of a Parisian building. Available for stays of 30 to 300 nights only. A rental agreement (“mobility lease”) will be signed upon arrival. The space Entirely refurbished, the apartment has all the amenities for a pleasant and comfortable stay: large and beautiful fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven), TV, high speed wifi. Cleaning is done once a week (with a change of sheets). Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment. Other things to note The apartment is located on the 5th and top floor without elevator of a typical Parisian building. Registration Details Available with a mobility lease only ("bail mobilité")
