Hello, this is a private room with its own keyless entry lock featuring a full queen bed and a ceiling fan. Perfect for a working traveler or family. The bathroom and common areas are shared. This is a brand new built home, so come and enjoy the quiet and new feel. Home may be shared with other guests. Guest access Guest share common spaces such as the living room, kitchen, and backyard. The kitchen has dedicated spaces for each guest in the cabinets, pantry, and refrigerator. Other things to note While we do engage in routine pest control, due to the hot humid summer, insects are endemic to this area and guests may encounter them during their stay, both inside and out. We do not give refunds for wildlife encounters to include insects.
