Hello, this is a Master bedroom featuring a queen bed with a private in-suite bathroom. The room has its own keyless entry lock for privacy and a 50" Roku TV. Perfect for a working traveler or family. All other common areas are shared. This is a brand new built home, so come and enjoy the quiet and new feel. Home may be shared with other guests during your stay. The space Home is located in a quiet new neighborhood near IOOF Park and Corsicana High School. Guest access Guest share common spaces such as the living room, kitchen, and backyard. Kitchen has dedicated spaces for each guest in the cabinets, pantry and refrigerator. During your stay I do not live in the home but live close by for any concerns. I am available by call or messaging. Other things to note While we do engage in routine pest control, due to the hot humid summer, insects are endemic to this area and guests may encounter them during their stay, both inside and out. We do not give refunds for wildlife encounters to include insects.
