Two bedrooms contain 2 queen beds with a curtain divider perfect for separating the space, the third bedroom has only 1 queen bed and is located in the front of the loft. Our fourth bedroom is dedicated as our "kids" room and features a full sized bunk bed and sleeper couch. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and large closet. Off of the kitchen/living area there is another full bathroom with a separate shower area. You will have access to a washer and dryer on this property along with basic cleaning and cooking supplies. The kitchen is fully furnished complete with a small kitchen island for cooking and a large table perfect for enjoying your meal. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire 2nd floor from a private entrance. Off limits areas include one locked closet as well as the emergency exit stairwell located at the back of the space. Other things to note * This loft is not handicap accessible, to enter the loft you must walk up one flight of stairs. ** This loft is located near a set of railroad tracks, and although not used often, trains do come through occasionally at night. *** This loft is located on a busy downtown street adjacent to a very busy ice-cream shop, and two music venues. On weekends, there will often be large crowds and sometimes music emanating from these establishments. Please take this into consideration when booking.
