Historic Villa Berla, Master House - Varese Lake

A 16th Century historic house with patio and grand garden . On the ground floor there are two ample sitting rooms: the music room with a grand piano, library and reading corner, the sitting room with large sofas and a grand fireplace. An ample kitchen and a separate dining room and a bathroom. On the top floor: five double bedrooms (two interconnected) and one tripple, four bathrooms a second kitchen and sitting room. Frescoed ceilings and periodand design furniture pieces give a unique feel The space Due to the fact that it is building of the 16th century two of the 6 bedrooms are interconnected and have to be acccessed by another bedrooms. We will be happy to offer more information and a map of the rooms. Guest access The property entrance is antique, fronted by a large period wooden door. Car parking not available on site, but there are ample free parking options close by. Al fresco dining area set in the beautiful courtyard with graceful columns representing the timelessly elegance. Guests will be wellcome to use this space as well as the ample garden. The patio is a passage way for the caretaker.
