The space This charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage offers a prime riverfront location on the American River, boasting picturesque views of Troublemaker Rapids with a queen bed and a couch /futon. It is pet-friendly and features a full kitchen, along with a compact bathroom equipped with a toilet, shower, and sink. This particular cottage is one of seven situated on five gated acres, conveniently located near Marshall Gold Discovery State Park, whitewater rafting opportunities, wine tasting venues, and other attractions.
