3 room apartment with fantastic view in Ålabodarna

Super cozy 3 room apartment at the top of a house in picturesque Ålabodarna. A small fishing village between Landskrona and Helsingborg. Just under 100 people live here all year round. There is a marine tavern (not always open) and very nice beaches. The ”Skåneleden” walking trail runs right outside. The space We have finally reached a milestone in our renovation project. We are now renting out a 3 room apartment on the third floor in our villa from 1946. The exterior still needs a whole lot of love, so please be aware of this, which one of the previous guests did not take in consideration when writing a review. The living room is approximately 25 square meters. Here we have a bed of 140 cm. It is a small double bed. If you have kids, this bed in the living room is perfect for them. We also have a main bedroom. This room will have a regular size double bed, 160 cm. Bathroom with shower. At the moment, the water pressure is unfortunately very low. Please be aware of this. You can't flush the toilet and then immediately take shower. Right now Wi-Fi is not available. No elevator, three stairs in total. The third room is located in the south and consists of the kitchen and a bar table. There is also a lovely open space. For the moment the oven is not connected. There is also a small place to work. So the standard is a bit simple. We want you to be aware of this when you book. However, the view over the Öresund is fantastic. On a good day you can see both the Öresund Bridge and Kronborg Castle in Helsingör. Bed linen and towels are provided. Free parking right next to the house.
